Mumbai, Feb 10: Bollywood actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have reportedly stepped up security at their Mumbai residence after Ranveer allegedly received a threatening voice note on WhatsApp.

Sources said the couple took the precautionary measure to ensure their safety following the message.

Authorities are understood to be looking into the origin and authenticity of the threat and are assessing the situation.

Neither Ranveer nor Deepika has made any public statement on the incident so far.
