‘Karna’ serial fame Bhavya Gowda launches floral venture in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Dec 29: Nidhi, the much-loved character from the popular Kannada television serial Karna, has become a familiar face among serial viewers. After portraying an emotionally intense role for long, Nidhi has now begun a new phase alongside Karna in the storyline, bringing a sense of relief and fresh hope to audiences.

Amid this, actress Bhavya Gowda, who plays Nidhi in the serial, was recently seen at the ongoing Avare Mela in Bengaluru — not as a visitor, but as a budding entrepreneur.

Bhavya Gowda, along with her sister Divya Gowda, has launched a new business venture titled ‘House of Flowers’. The initiative focuses on handcrafted bouquets made from dried flowers. These unique, eco-friendly floral arrangements are entirely handmade and designed to last longer than fresh flowers.

The actress inaugurated her stall at Avare Mela with a traditional pooja, marking the formal launch of the brand. Clarifying that this does not mean a break from acting, Bhavya said she is managing the business alongside her television career.
“Our elders were involved in the flower business, and that inspired me. That’s how the idea came about,” the actress shared.

Bhavya Gowda, 26, is not limited to Kannada television alone. She has also acted in Telugu serials and rose to fame through the Colors Kannada serial Geetha. She later became a household name in Andhra Pradesh through the Telugu serial Kalasi Unte Kaladu Sukham.

She gained further popularity as a contestant in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 11 and is currently drawing attention for her role as Nidhi in Karna.
