Mangaluru, Sep 27: The visit of respected chairman Dr A F Pinto to Ryan International School, Kulai on September 26 was a momentous occasion marked by warmth, enthusiasm, and a deep sense of pride.

Welcome ceremony

The day commenced with a formal welcome led by Karthik K, the school president, and the Core Council. Dr A F Pinto was greeted with a ceremonial badging, handmade welcome cards, and a floral bouquet. He was then escorted to his cabin by Kartik, where he reviewed and signed key school documents.

Band performances

Dr A F Pinto witnessed and appreciated the musical presentations by the Toy Band, Primary Band, Middle School Band, and Secondary Band. Each performance reflected the students’ dedication and the school’s commitment to holistic development.

Plantation ceremony

A symbolic plantation ceremony followed, during which Dr A F Pinto planted a mango sapling. The school choir sang the Plantation Song, adding a melodious touch to the event. Dr A F Pinto then led the gathering in a heartfelt prayer, seeking the Almighty’s blessings for all present.

Notice board journalism

Dr A F Pinto was introduced to the school’s innovative “Notice Board Journalism” initiative. Five thematic boards showcased the diverse activities planned and executed by students and staff. Each display was thoughtfully explained, highlighting the school’s vibrant learning culture.

Interaction with school community

Dr A F Pinto met with the Core Council members, class monitors, and teachers from all grades. This interaction fostered a spirit of unity and mutual respect across the school community.

Quality assurance presentation

A comprehensive quality assembly report was presented by the quality assurance team from Bengaluru, led by Kavita from Ryan International School, Kundalahalli. Principal Vaijayanthi Hegde, along with section heads, received valuable guidance from chairman Sir on areas of improvement and future
