New Delhi, Aug 18: She is a Bollywood star, he a sharp parliamentarian — together, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha make one of the most glamorous couples. Known for their charm and appearances, the two often leave fans curious about their personal life. At a recent event, Raghav won hearts with his trademark wit when asked who takes longer to get ready — him or his wife.
“That’s a trick question,” he smiled, before adding, “In our home, the time you take to get ready is directly proportional to how good you look. So she looks stunning, and I am always punctual!” His response drew laughter across the audience at the HT City award function.
While accepting his award, Raghav also credited Parineeti as his “style barometer,” saying, “This isn’t a fluke, it is persistence. Thank you to my wife, who is my constant style barometer.”
This isn’t the first time his witty answers have caught attention. During the couple’s appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show, when asked who manages the household finances, Raghav quipped, “To manage money, one needs to have money. Among us, Parineeti is the one with money, so she is the one who manages finances. Her job pays her well, mine doesn’t. She is both the Finance and Home Minister of our house.”
