Mumbai, July 28: Popular TV actress Ashnoor Kaur marked a significant personal achievement as she celebrated her college convocation, officially completing her Bachelor's degree in Mass Media (BMM). The 19-year-old actress, who has grown up in front of the camera, took to Instagram to share photos and heartfelt reflections from the special day.

Ashnoor, known for her work in shows like Patiala Babes and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, called this chapter of her life "extra special," revealing that it was the first time she took a break from acting to experience college life as a regular student.

“Working since childhood, this was the first time I took a break for 3 long years to lead a normal college student life… and oh, the memories I made!!!” she wrote.

Kaur described the journey—comprising 70 projects, 37 subjects, and six semesters—as transformative, saying it helped her "understand and love herself better." She extended heartfelt gratitude to her mentors and professors at the Jai Hind College Department of Mass Media, including Naziya Khan, Sai Shetty, and Mi2nization Sir, for their guidance and support.

“Everyone looks forward to their convocation, but for me it was extra special… Jai Hind BMM, you have my heart!!!” she added in her emotional post.

Ashnoor began her acting journey in 2009 with Jhansi Ki Rani and has since portrayed notable roles such as Navika Vyas Bhatnagar in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, Naira Singhania in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and Mini Babita in Patiala Babes. Her decision to step away from the limelight temporarily to pursue academics has now become a proud moment in her already accomplished career.

Fans and fellow actors flooded her post with congratulatory messages, applauding her for balancing both academics and stardom with grace.
