Mumbai, Jul 27: Actress Bhagyashree embraced her vibrant desi side this Hariyali Teej, transforming into a lively 'Punjabi Kudi' in a delightful Instagram reel that charmed her fans and followers.

The ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ star was seen dressed in a bright yellow garara suit, paired with traditional golden parandi, matching jewelry, and a radiant smile. She swayed gracefully to the timeless Punjabi hit “Gud Naal Ishq Mitha,” celebrating the festive spirit in full swing.

Wishing fans on the occasion, Bhagyashree captioned the post:

“Teeyan diyaan vadaaiyaan! Today also marks the eternal bond of love between Shiv-Parvati. Celebrating Hariyali Teej, I picked a Punjabi folk number that’s always been close to my heart.”

Reflecting on the song’s enduring charm, she added:

“‘Gud Naal Ishq Mitha’ brings vibrant energy to any celebration. Originally sung by Bally Sagoo in 1986, it’s one of those evergreen tracks that’s been remixed many times, yet still tugs at the heartstrings.”

Rewind to the Wild: Maasai Mara Memories

While Bhagyashree celebrated this Teej in bright desi colors, she recently took fans on a nostalgic journey to The Maasai Mara, sharing a throwback post from her 2019 African safari.

In a heartfelt #MondayMemories post, the actress uploaded pictures and videos from her trip, revealing her awe at witnessing nature’s majestic residents up close — including lions, zebras, giraffes, elephants, rhinos, gazelles, wildebeests, and crocodiles.

Describing the experience as one of her most treasured, Bhagyashree wrote:

“The Masai Mara… one of the most amazing and treasured experiences I had. These are just a few of the animals we saw. It makes you realise how harmoniously animals coexist, unlike humans who often struggle to share space.”

She concluded the post with a thought-provoking note on nature and coexistence:

“While these magnificent creatures live in balance with nature, we as humans still have a long way to go. I’m grateful to have ticked this off my bucket list.”

From festive grooves to safari reflections, Bhagyashree continues to strike a beautiful balance between tradition, adventure, and introspection — and her fans are here for every moment.
