Lourdes Central School kindergarten section celebrates Red Day

Media Release

Mangaluru, Jun 30: Lourdes Central School, Kindergarten Section, celebrated Red Day with great enthusiasm and excitement for the Pre-KG class on Saturday June 28 under the theme "Little red wonders". The main aim of the celebration was to introduce children to the colour red through fun-filled activities and experiences. The classrooms were beautifully decorated with red objects, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere.

The children brought red-coloured snacks and actively participated in a sponge dabbing activity on a strawberry cut-out. They also sang an action rhyme themed around the colour red. The activities were carried out independently by the children, fostering their creativity and confidence.

Principal Rev Fr Johnson L Sequeira graced the Red Colour Day celebration with his presence. He interacted with the children by asking questions about the red colour, to which they responded actively and confidently.
