FMCON's Swachh Bharat Club, Vana Trust join hands for green initiative at Pilikula, Moodushedde

Mangaluru, Jun 26: Swachh Bharat club, FMCON in collaboration with community health nursing department and Vana Charitable Trust(R), Mangaluru organized a plantation and cleaning activity at Pilikula and Moodushedde, Vamanjoor on May 31 and June 25.

A total of 500 plants were planted and cleaning drive was carried out under the guidance of Jeeth Milan Roche and his entire team. On the first day, 50 students of IV-year BSc nursing along with 4 faculty members and on the second day, 20 students with 2 faculty members participated in the activity.

For this noble cause the institution also donated 100 plants to the trust. The entire activity was planned and implemented by Priya Pereira, the chairperson of Swachh Bharat club.
