Udupi, Jun 24: In line with the global celebration of International Yoga Day, proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in 2014, Crescent International Educational Institution, Chandranagar, celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21.
The Yoga Day was celebrated under the global theme “Yoga for One Earth and One Health”, emphasising the protection of the planet and holistic human well-being.
The yoga session was held under the guidance of Madhushree, a yoga instructor from Shri Lakshmi Janardhana Educational Institution, Belman. Her instructions made the event both enriching and impactful.
The programme was conducted with the enthusiastic participation of principal Akbar Ali, vice principal Gurudatt, students and all faculty members.
