Bengaluru, Jun 17: In a move to accelerate its digital journey, Jaquar Group has partnered with global CRM leader Salesforce to drive AI-powered transformation across its business operations.

Terming digital transformation a ‘strategic imperative,’ Salesforce said the partnership will unify customer engagement, boost revenue, and enhance operational efficiency for Jaquar Group through an integrated, mobile-first platform.

Arundhati Bhattacharya, president and CEO, Salesforce-South Asia, said, “Jaquar Group’s commitment to leveraging data, AI, and automation showcases a bold, future-facing approach. Digital transformation today defines resilience and long-term value.”

As part of the initiative, Jaquar Group will deploy a suite of Salesforce tools including Consumer Goods Cloud to improve sales efficiency, CPQ and Partner Community Cloud to streamline pricing and partner collaboration, and Field Service to strengthen on-ground service delivery.

Data analytics will be driven by Tableau, enabling smarter, real-time decision-making across Jaquar’s sales and service verticals. With a footprint in over 55 countries and a workforce of 12,000+, Jaquar will adopt Salesforce as its end-to-end customer engagement platform.

“With markets becoming more digitally driven, this collaboration marks a transformational shift — reimagining how we operate and engage,” said Ninad Raje, CIO, Jaquar Group.

Salesforce is also advancing enterprise AI with innovations like Agentforce, which enables businesses to deploy AI agents that can take autonomous actions across key functions.

“We are privileged to partner with visionary organisations like Jaquar, who are setting new benchmarks in customer engagement and operational excellence,” added Bhattacharya.
