Lucknow, Jun 16: A Saudia Airlines flight arriving from Jeddah triggered a momentary scare at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow on Saturday morning after smoke was seen rising from the aircraft's wheels shortly after landing.

The incident occurred during the arrival of Flight SV 312. Prompt action by the ground staff led to the immediate deployment of the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) team. Working alongside the Saudi technical crew, the emergency team quickly brought the situation under control.

Airport officials confirmed that all passengers were safely disembarked and no damage occurred to the aircraft. Regular flight operations continued without disruption.

Authorities have termed the incident as minor and precautionary, but a formal inquiry has been initiated to ascertain the exact cause of the smoke.
