London, Jun 16: Reality star and former Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan, once celebrated for her body confidence and glamorous modelling shoots, has admitted to struggling with body image issues after becoming a mother of three.

In a recent candid Instagram post, the 34-year-old actress spoke about losing confidence in her appearance. Sharing a ‘Get Ready With Me’ video, Helen revealed her blue lace lingerie while changing out of her pyjamas, addressing the visible signs of cellulite and changes in her figure.

“My weight goes up and down. It depends on my love life and how stressed I am,” Helen told her followers, encouraging others to embrace their natural selves. “Even though I’ve got cellulite and my body isn’t as toned as it used to be, I just thought, ‘you know what Helen, go for it, you only live once.’”
