Udupi, Jun 13: The Incubation center in association with Entrepreneurship Development Cell of SMVITM hosted a transformative seminar on ‘Mantrika.AI – The career incubator’ and ‘Next new venture studio – An innovation accelerator.’ on June 12. The event featured keynote speaker Sreekanth K Arimanithaya, CEO of Xarpie Labs, Bengaluru, and managing director of IndiVillage Tech Solutions, Udupi, who began with a deep dive into his signature philosophy: ‘Manage energy, not time.’

Arimanithaya emphasized the critical role of managing four energy types physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual, arguing that in times of disruption, mindset takes precedence over mere skillsets.

He asserted, "The future of education is not about feeding minds with answers. It’s about awakening minds with questions, courage, and the curiosity to create what does not yet exist." His message was education should inspire bold thinking, not rote learning.

Using a graph tracing the invention of steam engines, Arimanithaya illustrated how converging technologies are driving an accelerated revolution. He cited global trends such as China mandating ChatGPT usage and discussed the shift from e-commerce to quick commerce.

He challenged students: “Who wants to be an entrepreneur? Who an intrapreneur?” noting that India is home to 1,17,000 startups and that sustainable growth depends on a purpose-driven mindset. The session explored various growth mindsets: Exponential, Moonshot, Longevity, Abundance.

Arimanithaya unveiled Mantrika.AI, an AI-based career incubator that builds user profiles, highlights skill gaps, and provides an assessment report. He also introduced Next New Venture Studio, an innovation accelerator showcasing autonomous tech, robotics (like Rhia robot), digital assets, fintech, space exploration, defense, agritech, and foodtech applications.

Arimanithaya left attendees with a powerful takeaway: “Purpose plus passion equals impact.” His closing call was "cultivate an energy-first, purpose-driven mindset to thrive as innovators and leaders in our rapidly evolving world."
