Taapsee Pannu buys luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Goregaon West

Mumbai, May 18: Actress Tapsee Pannu, known for her acclaimed performances in Tamil films like Aadukalam, Kanchana 2, and Aarambham, has purchased a premium apartment in Mumbai along with her sister Shagun Pannu.

The property, located in the upscale Imperial Heights residential complex in Goregaon West, is a “ready-to-move-in” apartment with a built-up area of 1,669 sq ft, including two-car parking spaces. Property registration documents indicate the apartment was acquired for Rs 4.33 cr, with a stamp duty of Rs 21.65 lac and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The transaction was registered on May 15.

Goregaon West, strategically nestled between Andheri and Malad, is well-connected via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and Mumbai's suburban rail network, making it a prime choice for actors, entrepreneurs, and professionals alike. According to reports, 47 properties have been sold in Imperial Heights between April 2024 and March 2025, generating a transaction value of Rs 168 cr. The current rate in the area stands at Rs 32,170 per sq ft.

Tapsee, now among the highest-paid actresses in Bollywood, made her silver screen debut with Vetrimaaran’s Aadukalam and has since shifted her focus to Hindi cinema. She was last seen in Game Over and has upcoming releases including Wo Ladki Hai Kahan? and Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba.
