Mumbai, May 15: Actress Celina Jaitly has once again delivered a powerful message, standing firm against ageism and encouraging others to embrace self-belief and limitless living. Sharing a striking picture on Instagram, Celina addressed societal stereotypes tied to age, saying, “Don’t let anyone tell you what you can or cannot be at any age.”

Celina emphasized that the foundation of her strength lies in her self-confidence. “I win against ageism every single day by believing in myself when no one else stands by me,” she wrote, highlighting her commitment to personal growth and self-worth.

Drawing inspiration from her late father, Colonel Vikram Kumar Jaitly (SM), she added, “All prayer begins in the temple of your mind and body. Honour that temple, and no force can break you.”

At 43, Celina continues to inspire with her youthful spirit, disciplined fitness, and devotion to motherhood. Despite the challenges, including the loss of one of her twin sons, she remains a symbol of resilience and grace.

Celina married Austrian entrepreneur Peter Haag in a quiet ceremony at a 1,000-year-old monastery in Austria on August 23, 2011. The couple welcomed twin sons Winston and Viraaj in 2012. In 2017, they had another set of twin boys, Arthur and Shamsher, though tragically, Shamsher passed away shortly after birth.

With her message of empowerment and authenticity, Celina encourages everyone—regardless of age or gender—to embrace life with confidence, courage, and an ageless mindset.
