Mumbai, May 7: Choreographer and dancer Dhanashree Verma is riding high on excitement ahead of the release of the peppy bachelor party number ‘Ting Ling Sajna’ from the upcoming film Bhool Chuk Maaf. Sharing screen space with acclaimed actor Rajkummar Rao, Dhanashree called the collaboration the “icing on the cake.”

“Getting to share the space with Rajkummar Rao was the icing on the cake. He brought such warmth, ease, and spontaneity to the set — it made the entire experience feel joyful and real,” Dhanashree said, praising the National Award-winning actor for his camaraderie on set.

The high-energy track, set amidst the glitzy chaos of a bachelor party, features Dhanashree in a bold red outfit, matching steps with Rao to the electrifying beats of the song. Describing the experience as one close to her heart, she said, “Dance has always been deeply personal for me — not about the spectacle, but about feeling every beat, every movement, with purpose and honesty.”

Talking about the song’s energy, she added, “Ting Ling Sajna lit something up in me the moment I heard it. The rhythm, the lyrics, the vibe — it was electric. I didn’t want to just perform it, I wanted to live it.”

Composed by Tanishk Bagchi, with lyrics by Irshad Kamil and vocals by Tanishk and Madhubanti Bagchi, the song promises to be a chartbuster. The film, Bhool Chuk Maaf, is directed by Karan Sharma and produced under the Maddock Films banner by Dinesh Vijan.

The storyline follows Ranjan, a romantic youth from Banaras, who lands a government job in hopes of marrying his love, Titli. But in his rush for love and success, he forgets a vow he made to Lord Shiva, leading to a chain of comedic and fateful events until he is forced to redeem himself.

Bhool Chuk Maaf is set to hit theatres on May 9, and with a catchy number like Ting Ling Sajna leading the way, the film promises a blend of humour, heart, and high-octane dance.
