Mangaluru, Mar 27: The workshop of commerce association on the topic, ‘Resume Writing’ was held on March 27 at Dr P Dayananda Pai–P Sathisha Pai Govt First Grade College (DPDPPSPGFGC) premises.

Candidates with effective ‘Resume’ will surely get an interview call from the prospective employers. It is considered as the gateway to the corporate world. The students of final years were trained in depth in preparing resume for their professional purpose.

Niveditha Lobo, associate professor of English, DPDPPSPGFGC Car Street was the resource person of this workshop. She emphasized on the relevance, do’s and don’ts, structure and format and presentation of content in the resume.

Around 42 final year and 3 second year students participated in this workshop and benefited out of it. Louis Manoj, coordinator of commerce association introduced the resource person and spoke on the relevance of the workshop and future plan of the association for student employability.
