Moodbidri, Feb 20: Moodbidri’s well know construction company, ICARE Builders & Developers launched their 9th residential-cum-commercial project beside Corpus Christhi Church, opposite. Ponnechari Temple on February 13.
The foundation stone was blessed by Fr Onil D’Souza, parish priest, Corpus Christi Church Moodbidri followed by Fr Ronald D’Souza and Fr Valerian and Br Victor Crasta.
Theresa Pereira and Wilma Dsouza laid the foundation stone along with ICARE Builders & Developers partners Ashwin Pereira and Mellisa D’Souza.
Well-known advocate Sahakararathna Bahubali M Prasad wished all success to this project. He praised the work quality and commitment of Ashwin Pereira in completing the earlier projects. Also he said that he is one of the legal advisors for their projects, where all there projects are legally perfect.
BJP Dakshina Kannada district former president Sudarshan M also wished great success to ICARE Builders & Developers.

Ashwin Pereira provided an update on the progress of the landmark project, ICARE CITY MALL, which is set to be completed by the end of this year. The mall will feature two multiplex cinema halls with seating capacities of 165 and 173, along with a 10,000 sq.ft. food court and a 4,000 sq.ft. gaming zone. While the major portion of the structural work is completed, finishing work is currently underway. Additionally, ICARE City Mall will offer two floors of parking and a 9,000 sq.ft. supermarket at the basement level. Most of the commercial shops have already been sold, with a few still available. Pereira also highlighted plans to boost employment opportunities through the project, including the introduction of a hotel, lodging, bar, restaurant, and banquet hall spanning 40,000 sq.ft. on the 4th and 5th floors.
