Bantwal: 23-year-old girl goes missing, complaint filed

Bantwal, Jun 10: A case has been registered in Vittal police station regarding the missing of a young woman who had been to work.

Sridevi (23), daughter of Balkrishna, a former resident of Virakamba village, Bantwal taluk, has gone missing.

“My daughter Sridevi is working in Dharmasthala Gramabhivruddhi Yojana Vittal and on June 9, she went for work from our house at Maji, Veerakambha village as usual. She did not return home that day. Her mobile phone was switched off when we tried to reach her,” stated Sridevi's father Balakrishna said in a complaint to the Vittal police station. He added that even though he had looked for her at the relatives’ house, she was not found anywher.

Vittal police station has registered a case in this regard and is investigating.
