Chaithra Shetty's Kannada debut ‘Daredevil Musthafa’ to release on May 19

Mangaluru, May 11: Actress Chaithra Shetty's Kannada debut ‘Daredevil Musthafa’ directed by Shashank Soghal will be released on May 19 under the banner Cinemamara.

The trailer of the movie was released earlier on May 4 on YouTube.

Daredevil Musthafa is written by Anantha Shandreya, Raghavendra Mayakonda, Shashank Soghal, cinematography is handled by Rahul Roy and music is composed by Navaneeth Sham.

Theatre pair Chaithra Shetty and Vijay Shobhraj are seen on the big screen in the film.

The movie also stars Shishir Baikady, Aditya Ashree, Abhay, Supreeth Bharadwaj, Aashith, Srivatsa, Prerana, M S Umesh, Mandya Ramesh, Mysore Anand, Sunder Veena, Harini, Nagabhushana, Poornachandra Mysuru, Karthik Pattar, Krishnegowda and Mahadeva.

‘Daredevil Musthafa’ is based on K P Poornachandra Tejaswi’s short story with the same name.

Chaithra started her career with a Tulu folk drama. She made her movie debut with ‘Oriyardori Asal’ Tulu movie. She later starred in K Sooraj Shetty’s film ‘Ekka Saka’ and became famous for her role as Shilpa.
