Kundapur: Vegetable market for farmers inaugurated

Kundapura, March 27: The market for farmers constructed by TAPCMS at a cost of Rs 14 lacs was inaugurated by president of municipal council Veena Bhasker on Monday, March 27 here. Manager of the cooperative societies Arun Kumar conveyed his wishes.

TAPCMS president Hariprasad Shetty Kanmakki said that the market has been constructed on their own land and farmers can sell their produce directly at the market.

TAPCMS vice president Sharathkumar Shetty, DCC bank director Mohahalli Mahesh Hegde, Raju Poojary Yadthare, TAPCMS director Malyadi Mohandas Shetty, K Sudhakar Shetty Bandya, Ananda Billava Uppinakudru, K Bhujanga Shetty Keradi, K Mohan Poojary Uppunda, Prabhaker Shetty Jadkal, Ravi Ganiga Ajri, H Deenapala Shetty Molahalli, S Jayarama Shetty Belve and others were present.

Journalist Subrahmanya Padukone compered the programme. TAPCMS chief executive Shobha rendered the vote of thanks.
