Kuwait, November 2: Rakesh Fernandes (28), son of late Lawrence Fernandes and Celestine Fernandes (popularly known as Severine Bai, sister of SIPRI Sampige Mumbai and Poinnari Vally Kuwait), brother of Lavina Fernandes passed away on November, 1 in Kuwait.

His close relatives informed daijiworld that Fernandes family had still not recovered from the shock of death of Rakesh's father Lawrence Fernandes in Septmber 2004, and it was followed by this loss.
