FRANCIS D'SOUZA (82), of the Francis D'Souza book-binding shop, opposite Moti Mahal, Falnir, Mangalore, and a resident of Attavar, passed away at home on October 26 after a brief illness.
He leaves behind wife, a son and three daughters. His book-binding shop, in existence in the same premises in the Bishop's Compound for the last 45 years, has been known for quality of binding. Until recently, he used to personally involve himself in the book-binding work and was popular among his customers.
