Joseph Francis D'Souza (93) (Retired Head master of St Joseph Asylum Pry School, Jeppu, Mangalore), husband of Irene Braggs, father of Bernardine, Blasius / Shalini, Shalini / Edward and John / Diana, grandfather of Ronan, Siyana, Lynn, Shayna, Aden and Adele, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026.
Funeral cortege will leave his residence ''Kambla Garden'', near Bondel church, Bondel, Mangalore at 2.45 pm for St Lawrence Church & Shrine, Bondel, Mangalore on Tuesday, August 11.
Public viewing will be held in the Church from 3.00 pm onwards, followed by Holy Mass at 4.00 pm.
In lieu of flowers and Mass cards, a charity box will be kept in church. Proceeds will be handed to Society of Saint Vincent De Paul, Bondel, Mangalore.
