Eric Martis (63), husband of the late Jacintha Veera Martis, father of Elvis Martis and Viola Martis, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Mortal remains will be kept for public viewing at his residence "Elvis Cottage", Barebail Saga, Yeyyadi, Mangalore at 2.00 pm on Thursday, July 2. Funeral cortege will leave the residence at 2.45 pm for St Francis Xavier Church, Bejai, Mangalore, followed by Mass at 3.30 pm.
