Sr. Shaila, after courageously bearing years of suffering, has now returned to God as His cherished angel. She was not only my mentor and counselor at Carmel School but also a gentle guide who shaped lives with patience and love. A loving and sensitive soul, a gifted intellect with a humble heart, affectionate and down-to-earth, she reached out to everyone with empathy, kindness, and forgiveness. Her wisdom inspired, her compassion comforted, and her presence was a blessing to all who knew her. May her noble soul find eternal rest in the embrace of the Lord.
