Sr Mary Priyanthie AC (78) nee Nathalia Mareeen Marcedes Pinto, St Agnes Convent, Bendore, Mangaluru, passed away on Sunday, October 22,2023 at St Agnes Convent, Bendore, Mangalore.
She hails from Valencia and is the daughter of the late Salvadore Pinto and the late Clara Suares; Sister of the late Manny Pinto / the late Lynette, aunt of Loy/Anita, May/Deepak and Joy/Sandra, grand aunt of Theo, Olga and Nicole.
She belongs to the Congregation of the Apostolic Carmel, Karnataka Province and was an inspiring educationist. She has rendered her dedicated services at Presentation Convent, Mangalore, Carmel Convent, Haliyal; Stella Maris Convent, Kotekar; Lourdes Convent, Kallianpur; Carmel Convent, Pezar; Yesu Prem Niketan,Mangalore and St Agnes Convent, Mangalore.
Mortal remains will be laid in St Agnes Convent Chapel, Bendore, Mangalore on Monday, October 23, 2023 from 1.00 pm onwards for public viewing. Funeral Mass will be at 3.30 pm followed by burial service at St Agnes Convent cemetery.
