Sr Mary Aniceta AC (85), nee Benita Celestina Rodrigues, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Annunciation Convent, Ladyhill, Mangalore.
She hails from Bellore and is the daughter of the late Santhan Rodrigues and the late Mornel Pereira.
Mortal remains will be laid in Annunciation Convent Chapel, Ladyhill, Mangalore on Sunday, October 22 from 1.00 pm onwards for public viewing. Funeral Mass will be at 3.30 pm followed by burial service at Ladyhill Convent cemetery.

She belongs to the Congregation of the Apostolic Carmel, Karnataka Province and was a great educationist heading a number of schools and specially serving the poor children at the primary level. She has rendered her dedicated services at St. Joseph's Convent, Kundapura; Carmel Convent, Gangulli; Carmel Convent, Haliyal; Stella Maris Convent, Kotekar; St. Agnes Convent, Bendore; St. Joseph's Convent, Mysuru; Shanthi Nilaya, Nanjangud St Maria Goretti Convent, Kemmannu; Carmel Convent, Ashaniketan; and Annunciation Convent, Ladyhill, Mangalore.
