Felix D’Souza

A TOWER OF STRENGTH & INSPIRATION
WILL ALWAYS REMAIN WITH US IN SPIRIT

A time when dad was always there
No matter what the weather
Always strong when things went wrong
He held our lives together

He strived so hard from day to day
And never once complained
With steady hands, he worked the land
And kept the family name

He taught us that hard work pays off
You reap just what you sow
He said that if you tend your crops
Your field will overflow

Each day of his illness, he faced it well
The pain he bore, words can’t tell
With tearful eyes, we saw him slip away
Our lone wish yet – that he’d only stay

Our lives go on without him
But things are not the same
Its hard to hide the heartache
When someone speaks his name

We think about him always
And talk about him too
We always have his memories
But we wish we still had him.

In peace eternally, may you rest
Though we long & grieve for you
In heaven-you deserve the best

We wish to extend our gratitude to all of you who have comforted
and joined us at the time of our profound grief. Thank you for being
with us and we request you to share with us your precious time as we
offer a year’s mind Mass in memory of our loving Felix D’Souza, on
Sunday August 31, 2008 at St Anne Church Kelarai at 11.30 am.
