Joseph Pais and Cossess D'Souza

This verse is so true when you come across a couple who are celebrating their 79th wedding anniversary (20th May, 1941). They have come across many ups and downs in their life but have always accepted it as God’s will and faced it with a smile.

Joseph Pais and Cossess D’Souza are one of the blessed couples. They belong to Sacred Heart Church, Madanthyar Parish residing at Perde house, Punjalkatte with their son and his family.

They have 12 children, 62 grandchildren and 68 great grandchildren (still counting).

Joseph Pais is also celebrating his 101st birthday (13th May, 1919) and Cossess D’Souza is celebrating her 95th birthday (5th March, 1925)

We the children of Pais family are grateful to the Almighty for giving us the grace to be blessed and celebrating their long life with us."

Dear Joseph Uncle and Cossess Aunty,

We are very impressed and very happy to read about your 79th Wedding Anniversary, its a real blessing to achieve this goal, we hope and pray that many more such Anniversaries will follow.

It is so beautiful to see that both of you have gone through this journey together, and this has added the joy to your children, grand children and great-grand children. This truly is a blessing to be loved.
