Mangalore: Foundation  Stone Laying Ceremony was held for ‘MAK the Address’

Mangalore, Jan 22: A foundation stone laying ceremony of ‘MAK the Address’, a new luxurious residential project by the prestigious MAK Group was held here in Falnir, Mangalore recently.

Aal Haz Thwaka Ahmed Musliyar, Khazi of Mangaore blessed the occasion.  Religious head of Mayyannur, Khazi Musliyar Dhuwa and others were present at the occasion.
Congress leader Oscar Fernandez, MLA UT Khader, BA Moideen Bawa, Ivan D’Souza and others shared the dais.

Chairman of MAK Group Mohhemmed Arabi Kumble,PA Ibrahim, NA Mohhemad Fakruddhin Kunil were also present.

The city of Mangalore has been developing into a metro city. There should be a balanced growth. Therefore importance should be laid on eco-friendly construction projects. It’s a good sign that MAK Group has been working in consideration to these issues, said Oscar Fernandes.

Presenting the growth of MAK Group over the years, businessman Mohhemed Arabi Kumble said, “MAK Group was formed in the year 1982 and is celebrating its 30th year. The group has completed projects in Bangalore, Kasargod and Mangalore. Some projects of Mangalore like MAK Rivera, MAK Grande and MAK Mall are in its last stage of completion, he further added.

‘MAK the Address’ is a luxurious residential apartment is being constructed in the Spacious1.92 acre land. It is a 17 storage building consists of 165 flats with 2BHK and 3BHK.
