Mangalore: The reception function of the newly married couple  Oshanie, daughter of  union labour minister Oscar Fernandes  and Mark, son of Placid Saldanha, held at the Ladies Club here on Friday December 26, was marked by the attendance of several bigwigs of the state and the country.
