USA, Feb 19: Judith Pinto (85), of the Kadri Pinto family died on Saturday in Connecticut, USA after a brief illness.

Judith was the daughter of Denis Pinto, the chief post master in the Madras Presidency and Monica Saldanha.

Born in 1920, Judith was the second wife of Ralph Pinto who was the sub-registrar and ration officer in the Madras Presidency.

Judith leaves behind her five children-Patrick Pinto, a thermal power engineer in Virginia, Edward, a cardiologist in Connecticut, Rita, residing in New Jersey, Daphney, a chemical engineer and Arthur, an urologist.
