Horace Tauro (71), husband of Veera Tauro (nee Lobo), father of Jeevan, Shaila and Laila, brother of Austen J A Tauro (former chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.), Elaine ('Cuckoo' -former teacher, Indian School, Muscat) / Francis Coelho and the late Laurel / Joseph Albuquerque, passed away at 6.30 am on Monday, September 19 at Fr Muller Hospital, Kankanady, Mangalore.
His mortal remains will be taken from hospital direct to Rosario cemetery at Jeppu at 3 pm, followed by funeral service at 4-30 pm.

He had been in the hospital for about two months, following an unfortunate hit-and-run accident.
