Mariette Fernandes (60), wife of the late Fred Fernandes (1928-1988), famed playwright, actor and composer of yesteryear - and of Anand Electricals fame, and mother of Vanita (Rahul Advertisers) and the late Anand, of Anand Bagh, Jeppu Bappal III Cross, Mangalore, passed away on August 28. Funeral cortege leaves residence at 5 pm on Sunday, August 28 for Cascia Cemetery Chapel.
