Sr Margaret Mary OCD, daughter of the late A R D’Souza and Evelyn Lobo, sister of the late Rose Mary OCD (Veeda), the late William D’Souza, the late Gretta Alvares, Fr Claude D’Souza SJ, the late Richard D’Souza, the late Blasius D’Souza and Sr Agnes of Mary OCD (Merlyn), passed away on Sunday July 17.

The mortal remains of Sr Margaret will be placed for public viewing at Sacred Heart Monastery, Cloistered Carmel, Kankanady at 2.00 pm on Monday July 18. Funeral Mass at 4.00 pm.

Today is a very sad day for all the nieces and nephews of Sr. Margaret of Mary. Aunty Lidwin was specially chosen by God to serve him for 63 long years. She was kind, simple and prayed and loved each and every one of us selflessly. We are confident that she will intercede for us in heaven. Aunty, you gave Jesus your all and I'm sure he was there to receive you with open arms and had a special space reserved for you in Heaven.
