Marcel Nicholas Mathias (81), originally from Karkala, later Koparkhairane, New Bombay, husband of Philomena, father of Donald (Toronto), Cynthia Pinto (Thane), Derrick (Dubai) and Rajesh (Toronto), father-in-law of (late) Emiliana, Russel Pinto, Joyce, grandfather of Mark, Shawn and Shannon, Melinda, Melanie and Melisssa, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Toronto, Canada. He had a stroke the previous day.
