Dear Flossy & Fly I am deeply sorry to hear the tragic demise of Theo. Theo had a tremendous impact on me, while I was in CLC, as a teenager 25 years ago. I always said that his Leadership Camps, Retreats and Workshops have played a huge part in shaping my personality, my leadership skills and my attitude to life.

Over the last few years, everytime I came to Mangalore I always kept saying that I wanted to look him up, but somehow never managed to do it, for lack of time. I really regret not doing that. Theo has done more than his share of "Good Work" in this world, and I am sure He and God will continue to Bless and take care of your family in every way. While offering my heartfelt condolences to the family, I also believe it is time to "Celebrate" his life. He was a True follower of Christ and a Role Model to thousands of youth.
