Precilla Shobha Mascarenhas nee Rodrigues (31), Corniche Hospital, Abu Dhabi, wife of Stevan Prakash Mascarenhas (Herebail / Abu Dhabi), mother of Angela Maria (12 days), daughter of the late Victor / Stella Rodrigues, sister of Jacintha, Monica and Helen, passed away suddenly in Abu Dhabi on Thursday July 30, 2009.

The funeral cortege leaves residence Marasange, Herebail at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday 5th August 2009 to St. Joseph's Church, Herebail, followed by Holy Mass at 11:00 a.m.

A Memorial Service and Requeim Mass for the repose of her soul will be held at St. Joseph's Cathedral - Abu Dhabi, on Monday 3rd August 2009 at 8:00 p.m.

Embalming of the Mortal Remains will be held at 8.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 4th August 2009 at Central Hospital - Abu Dhabi

Truly shocking news which we ever dreamt! When a caring person enters in to our life it brings a great joy and happiness, but when they passed away it gives an unbearable sorrow and pain. We have not come of our own and we do not know when to leave this earth leaving everything behind. This is the time to accept the will of God and carry the cross. God’s plan is better than ours but hard to accept, but Saint Paul says “His (God’s) grace is sufficient”.

God bless steve, Emmy aunty, Joe, Clera and Glady and give the grace to go through the hardest moment of life. May the soul of Precilla rest in peace. God bless Hubert and Wilma for their great efforts in taking care of 12 days old Baby Anjela Maria in Abu Dhabi and arrangements to send the body back home.
