FRANCIS D'SOUZA (55), employee of the Capital Municipality, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, son of Dominic and Estephania D'Souza, formerly of Vijayadka, Bantwal, later domiciled at Kapikad, Mangalore, husband of Anna Stella and father of Clement Glen, Sunita Diana/Clement Coelho, Sr Roveena and Godwyn John, passed away in Muscat on November 25.
