We just cant believe and it was a shocking news. Dear Anil, though it was a short period we were friends, the understanding and the relationship was too close. still remember your cheerful smile. I just can't believe this and am still to recover from this shock. Joined my first company (IR) after MBA and worked under him.He always gave us the kind support, guidance & empathy. Understood and loved us. He was a good boss but even a better human being. Learnt a lot while working with him, implanted the traits learnt with him in my next job and I always wanted to thank him for all this in my next visit to Bangalore. But this was not destined to be and I am aghast. But all my heartfelt condolence to his family in this moment of sadness. My wife and I have some most cherished moments of our lives with him when we were at Bangalore and it will remain so ever after.

I am stunned to hear this news. Anil was my batchmate at St. Aloysius during PUC and I still remember the wonderful and loving nature of this young man. My memories of him go back right to my child hood days - death of Dias Uncle in Pune when Allan and I had visited - he was a perfect host and recently in 2003 when he drove me to Kallianpur during my wedding reception. My favorite Gouda Diasappa.. used to call me Bodda.. One of few genuine persons who would define the word 'friend'. unselfish.. non-oppurtunistic.. great individual who was genuinely interested in rekindling our friendship on my return to India..
