Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 14 at 10.00 am at the Maria Niketan Convent Chapel, Bogadi, Mysore, followed by the burial service at the Maria Niketan Cemetery, Bogadi, Mysore.

Sister Vinny was a very strict teacher, but behind that discipline was a truly kind and compassionate heart. For many years of her teaching career, she devoted herself to educating children in Bangalore, especially at Gnanabhodhini School and at Holy Family Convent, Kengeri Upanagar Bangalore. For more than 20 years, Sister Vinny endured the challenges of arthritis and diabetes. Despite the pain and suffering she experienced, she remained strong. Eventually, she accepted her suffering with courage and patiently awaited the Lord’s call to return to His kingdom. Today, although we can no longer see her physically, we can take comfort in the belief that she has been called home by her Heavenly Father—to a place where there is no pain, no suffering, and no sorrow. Sister Vinny, your strict words taught us discipline, your dedication taught us commitment, and your life taught us courage and faith. The memories you created through your teaching and the lives you touched will remain with us forever. Rest in peace, dear Sister Vinny. May you rest in the loving arms of the Lord, free from all pain and suffering. Until we meet again… you will always remain in our hearts.
