George Valerian Rodrigues (67), husband of Annamary Pereira, father of Venicia Rodrigues, Aniciya Rodrigues and Alisha Rodrigues, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026.

Mortal remains will be kept for public viewing at the residence "Gods Gift", Ring Road, Moodbidri at 1.00 pm on Friday July 3. Funeral cortege will leave the residence at 3.00 pm for Holy Rosary Church, Alangar, Moodbidri, followed by Mass at 3.30 pm.

I felt very sad of hearing the news that Valerian will no more among us. I remembered those days we use to meet in front of the Kuwait Cathedral and share our views each other every Friday after the mass. He was a noble person with down to earth personality. I'll always keep him in my heart in my prayers. My heartfelt condolences to Annamary, Vanicia, Anicia and Alisha. Valerian' s brothers Harry and Volty Sisters Irene and Christine May his soul rest in eternal peace and the Almighty God give you all enough strength to bear this loss.
