Sujith James Noronha (53), son of the late Valerian Noronha and Jessie Noronha, husband of Olivea Pauline Noronha, father of Luke Roman Noronha and Lisa Natasha Noronha, brother of Sunil / Shaira, Sudeep / Irene, Suman / Anand Menezes and Suraj / Aruna, son in-law of Flora Mascarenhas, brother in-law of Oliver / Anita, nephew of the late Fr Peter S Noronha, the late Sr Clemence UFS and Sr Consolatha UFS, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Mortal remains will be kept for public viewing on Friday, May 29 at 2.30 pm in St Lawrence Church and Shrine, Bondel, Mangalore, followed by Mass at 3.30 pm.

In honouring Sujith’s beautiful wish, instead of flowers, kindly donate to the poor and needy cancer patients you come across.

I first met Sujith in the summer of 1996 in Bondel. A young “Bubby” person, full of life and enthusiasm, he was always the first to step forward whenever someone needed help. His humility, generous spirit, agility, and boundless energy made him stand out effortlessly in every crowd. Sujith had a way of leaving an impression on people — not through grand gestures, but through kindness, warmth, and sincerity. I still fondly remember him introducing me to Ace of Base, his green Gypsy, and his beloved Hero Honda Sleek motorcycle — memories that now feel like treasured snapshots of a simpler and happier time. To many, Sujith was more than just a friend; he was a genuine soul and a beacon of the St. Lawrence Bondel community. His presence carried comfort, laughter, and reliability, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him. Gone far too soon, yet remembered with immense affection and gratitude. My heartfelt condolences to Olivia, Luke, Lisa, Sunil, Adeep, Suman, Suraj, and the entire Noronha family. May God grant you strength, peace, and comfort during this difficult time, and may Sujith’s soul rest in eternal peace.
