Cicilia Peris (96), wife of the late Lawrence Peris, mother of Fr John Peris (Lucknow Diocese), Valerian/Leena Peris, Leena/Cyril Pinto, Charles/Lucy Peris, the late Celine/Paul Godard and Norbert/Mabel Peris, grandmother of Vijesh/Charlotte, Vanessa, James/Priya, Prakash/Lavisha, Lavina/Santosh, Chrystal, Clavon, Patrick, Priya/Daniel, Minora/David and Melroy, great grandmother of Caleb, Casen, Zidane, Jisha, Lenora, Stacy, Myra, Myron and Mysha, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025.

Viewing will be held at the residence "Shalom", on Sunday, December 14 from 7.30 am onwards. Funeral cortege leaves residence at 9:30 am for Pompei Church, Gurpur Kaikamba, followed by Mass at 10.15am.

Heartfelt condolences to all the children, grandchildren, and family members. I am deeply saddened to hear that Mai is no more. May her soul rest in eternal peace. She always showed immense love to the friends of her grandchildren. I remember that when I visited her last year, she lovingly called me Suraj and fondly recalled the good old days. Her memory was truly remarkable. She loved to talk and always spoke with pride about the achievements of her children and grandchildren. A hardworking and brave woman, she was also actively involved in church activities and she was in “Moriyal Sodility” along with my mother. She will always be remembered with gratitude, respect, and love.
