Muscat, September 7: Lydia Mathias (42), nurse at the Royal Hospital, Muscat, daughter of Leo and Mary D'Souza, Balegundi house , Santhoor, Belman, wife of Leslie Mathias (Bank Muscat), and mother of Leander and Leighton, sister of Lancy/Stella, Jessy/Harry, Vincy/Prescilla, Harry/Janet, Walty/Shaila, and Richard/Jyoti, passed away at Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai on September 7.

Lydia was diagnosed for cancer only last week.

Funeral cortege will leave residence at Balegundi, Santhoor for the Church of St Joseph, Belman at 9 am on Thursday, September 9. Phone +91 820 2550431
