Dear Friends, Relatives, Well-wishers of Ivor and Saviola Ivor and Saviola will surely come back to you in gratitude. We are overwhelmed by your support and love. I am their elder brother, Fr Hector D' Souza, SJ. On behalf of our entire family, we, Ivor and Saviola’s brothers and Sisters and all the cousins of Yulia and Yunoal, along with them, thank you sincerely for helping and praying for us. You have stood by us as “Mother Mary stood by the Cross.” These two little words of “Thank You” come on your way to express our gratitude Thank you very much for your loving messages of sympathies and offering condolences at the sudden demise of Master Yulbren D’ Souza. His final journey from Sohar via Muscat, Bombay, Mangalore to Thottam and finally to his resting place with his grand parents and uncles went on smoothly in a record time. Lots of friends, relatives and acquaintances helped Ivor and Saviola at every juncture in spite of the public holidays on Friday and Saturday in Oman and Sunday in India. Your prayers and wishes have helped us a lot accept the tragedy. The pain is not gone and the wound is not healed, yet we are able to say, “May your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven.” Thank you for being with us. Ivor and Saviola, Yulia and Yunoal are still recovering from the shock, from the pain and from the memories that are now flooding in their hearts. Thank you for your prayers, keep praying for my brother’s family that they may accept the “Future, now” and wait for the Resurrection Day. Previous Day was the Wedding Annversary of his parents. Yulbren had prepared a card by himself cutting pictures and pasting them on the paper. The Blessed Trinity on the top then he wrote, “Happy Wedding Anniversary Daddy and Mummy from your children, Yulia, Yunoal and Yulbren.” Then he had pasted the picture of the Holy Family. All chosen by himself. He told Ivor, you will get a letter by post today go inside the house and he closed the door and from below slipped the letter into his parent’s room. On 9th morning as usual, he wrote on a paper, “God loves me.” On the next line, he wrote, “God wants m…” It was unfinished! That was his last writing he did on 9th and he had kept that letter under the pillow of Ivor, who had gone to the office. God gave Yulbren to Ivor and Savi after nine years of gap from Yunoal. Petted by all, he was mischievous. As Yunoal came down for his studies this year to join St Aloysius, Mangalore, (Yulia had come down last year to St Agnes), Yulbren had resumed the responsibilities of the big brother at home. But not too long, The Master in His eternal plan “plucked this little flower, before it fell to the ground,” and adorned him in the eternal garden. In faith we believe Yulbren is with God and interceding for us all. Thank you, for being with us. We had lots of tragedies in our family. We too ask, “Why Lord?” But have no Answers, yet grace has been poured on us. As many of us brothers and sisters with
