Peter D'Mello (63), husband of Leena Jacintha D'Souza, father of Shanelle D'Mello, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Mortal remains will be brought to residence Shanelle View,near TVS Showroom, Alangar, Moodbidri, at 3:30pm for public viewing. Funeral cortège leaves residence for Holy Rosary Church, Alangar at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, January 3, followed by Mass at 4:30 pm and burial service.

Dear D'Mello Family, My heartfelt condolences for the loss of Mr. Peter D'Mello. It is the most difficult pain to go through and I have personally experienced this pain of losing my loved ones in death during the COVID pandemic. I read in an article that says "death is the most obviously permanent and extreme form of loss.” Nothing can lessen the pain but still we try to live on. I just want to assure you that God is definitely seeing your grief and the emotions you are going through. I found so much comfort to know that death affects him too. And so he has comforted us through his word the Bible. I would like to share those wonderful thoughts and a hope that made me strong . Please take care of yourself and your family.
