Harold Cyril D’Souza (Harry) (72), proprietor of Harry's Century Band, husband of Agnes D'Souza, son of the late Michael Ambrose D’Souza (Ediyab) and Stella Mary D’Souza, father of Hazel, Henrita, Hubert, father-in-law of Deviprasad and Wallston and Jeevitha, grandfather of Sionah and Renan, brother of Janet D'Sa, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

Funeral cortege leaves residence 'Citadel Amethyst', flat no 203, Pais Garden lane, Bejai, Mangalore, on Monday, April 18 at 2:30 pm for St Francis Xavier Church, Bejai, Mangalore, followed by Mass at 3:30 pm.

Rest in Peace Harry Sir.. Heartfelt condolences to Aunty, Hubert and family... I was fortunate to learn music from Harry Sir during my days in St Aloysius School Band. He was a pragmatic tutor ensuring that his students understood the technique and the musical notations. It was also a great pleasure to listen to him and his band perform at various events in Mangalore... He is one of the key musicians who kept the art of Brass instruments relevant in Mangalore and in modern Indian music.

Very cool and always greeting with broad smile. He was also seen playing his Trumpet for almost all Wilfy nite program, organised in Mangalore. His band was very popular around Mangalore, either party or funeral. Rest in Peace beloved Harry and remain your legacy forever and ever Amen. Felix, Kapikad- Anegundi road, now Mumbai.
