Sr Marita (84) (nee Merlyn D’ Souza), is the daughter of the late Sylvester D’ Souza and Getrude D’Souza who were generous to offer their two daughters among their six children, to religious life hailing from Holy Redeemer Parish, Nirkan, Dakshina Kannada. Her younger Sister, Sr Flavita is a Bethany sister and is serving at St Joseph’s Convent, Bathinda, Punjab. passed away on February 26, 2022.

Funeral rites will take place on Sunday, February 27 at St Sebastian Church, Santibastwad at 3.30 pm.
